 Joe
Ferro, owner and founder of Ferro Home Designs,
has been involved in the home design industry
for several decades in both the Northeast and
Mid-Atlantic states. Having attended Pratt
Institute of Art and Architecture In NY, Joe
focused his efforts on providing house designs
that utilize space, are energy efficient and are
designed to exceed the desires and expectations
of clients.
Joe is also a veteran of the United
States Army, having served for six years.
He is a proud graduate of The Army
Engineer School.
After his military service, Joe was employed by major
architectural and engineering firms in the New
York metropolitan area. During his tenure he
quickly rose up the ranks to become project
leader in commercial and industrial works before
entering the construction field.
Joe has had a very successful professional
career, having over 400 design/build projects in
his portfolio throughout Pennsylvania and New
Jersey, as well as Topsail Island, Pender, New
Hanover, Wilmington and the Brunswick Isle
regions of Southeast North Carolina.
Joe has been a resident of New Hanover County
for the past 25 years.
Now with extensive knowledge and experience
in construction Joe is using his acquired skills
towards Design and Drafting in Hanover County
with many works
in the Tri County area.
All plans are drawn with the latest Building
Codes and Computer Aided Design and Drafting (CADD)
and are precession drawn to be builder cost
friendly with permit ready construction
documents. You will find our fees very
competitive with quick turnaround service.
